Directions from Ottawa:
Follow Highway 417 West to Highway 17 West, passing Arnprior and Renfrew. Connect to Highway 60 West in Renfrew and drive through the villages of Eganville, Golden Lake, Deacon and Wilno. Mountain View Motel is on the right side of Highway 60 approximately 4 kms. past Wilno.
Directions from Toronto (via Huntsville & Algonquin Park):
From Highway 401 in Toronto, take Highway 400 North to Highway 11 North to Highway 60. Turn right onto Highway 60 and drive through Algonquin Park, Whitney, Madawaska and Barry's Bay. Mountain View Motel is on the left side of Highway 60 approximately 5 kms. after Barry's Bay. Approximate driving time: 3½ - 4 hrs. (Toronto to Huntsville = 220 km: Huntsville to Barry's Bay = 159 km).
Directions from Toronto (via Bancroft):
From Toronto, head east on the 401 to exit 436 to Peterborough, where you follow highway 115 until you meet with highway 7 east to Ottawa for a short while before taking a left turn onto highway 28 north to Bancroft. Once in Bancroft turn left and follow highway 62 north to Barry's Bay where you then turn right onto highway 60 and the Motel is approximately 5kms east.
